Dubai, UAE. 96.1% of people in the United Arab Emirates feel safe walking at night, the highest figure in the world, said Lieutenant General Dahi Halfan Tamim, vice chairman of the Dubai Police and Public Security Directorate.

UAE police also ranks second in the world in terms of response speed to a call - after New York.
