Etisalat subscribers in the emirate of Sharjah can now book their own parking space remotely.
The municipality of Sharjah, UAE, has launched a new service for motorists-subscribers of the operator Etisalat. Starting December 12, they can reserve a parking space for more than one hour via SMS.
Initially, the reservation service was valid for an hour with the possibility of a one-time extension.
The main objective of this service is to increase the convenience for motorists and to prevent cases of non-payment of parking.
To reserve a parking space, you must send a message to 5566 in the following format: Emirate code, car license plate, the required number of hours for parking.
