Dubai is back.

And what is happening in the city now - all these absolutely amazing projects - are simply amazing. There is no other such place on the planet. Skyscrapers resolutely pierce the clouds, enormous fortunes are picturesquely paraded, and the ongoing nightlife leaves far behind the good old Ibiza. It seems that all this over-the-top luxury gives wealthy people truly unlimited opportunities to indulge their desires and satisfy the most unprecedented whims.

But Dubai is not enough. What is the tallest building in the world, man-made islands in the form of palm branches and police officers on the Bugatti and Lamborghini! The city wants to take the title of world fashion capitals from New York, Paris and London. Some even say that high fashion died in Paris and was born again in Dubai. And all because in the Middle East women want to wear things that are truly unique. The richest people on the planet live here, for whom ordering clothes from famous couturiers is nothing more than the norm. By the way, most clients of fashion houses in Paris are also from the Middle East. Here, women take their appearance very seriously - they are not afraid of bright colors, catchy jewelry and willingly experiment with the latest fashion trends. Contrary to popular belief, they like to show themselves - they just do it differently, not like we used to. Women demonstrate their beauty not in public, but at private parties and more chamber private events.

Dubai is gradually becoming the new Soho. The grandiose project Dubai Design District, or D3, has already been launched and will begin to work in 2015. D3 will become a free economic zone for designers of all stripes: from those involved in the development of jewelry and clothing to architects and creators of luxury goods. Design studios, boutique hotels, luxury apartments and, of course, a huge shopping area will be presented here. Indeed, in Dubai, shopping malls play a special role - these are the blood vessels of the entire city, through which life itself flows, pulsating.

Every new year, ideas are implemented here and projects that would be called utopia were being implemented. The country's leadership definitely knows how to dream big, and their dreams tend to come true. Like the legendary Arabian horses, Dubai easily bypasses its rivals effortlessly, and right now, before our eyes, is becoming the city of the future. But all construction projects and breathtaking projects are just the beginning. As the Ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and the initiator of most of the ongoing mega-programs, calmly and confidently says, “what I have already done for the city is only a tenth of what I plan to do in the future. We want to make the city a number one ". And his words, as a rule, tend to certainly come to life.
