Near Dubai Creek will appear 280 hotel rooms and serviced apartments from Rotana.
Abu Dhabi hotel group Rotana has announced the opening of a new hotel complex on the shores of Dubai Creek. The five-star Al Bandar Rotana hotel and the Al Bandar Arjaan apartment complex will be opened here.
The hotel includes 190 rooms and suites, and the complex - 90 apartments (from studios to four-room residences).
The hotel will be equipped with an executive lounge, a business center, conference rooms, an outdoor pool, a gym and a spa, as well as five restaurant establishments, including Salt & Pepper, Gusto Italian, Vanilla Lobby Lounge , "The Morgan's Gastropub" and The Deck Poolside Lounge.
Rotana already manages more than 3 thousand rooms in Dubai hotels. Another 2.9 thousand rooms are being prepared for launch.
“With its vibrant economy and thriving tourism sector, Dubai has always been a very favorable market for the hospitality industry, and it still promises a bright future for the sector,” said Rotana COO Guy Hutchinson.
“The opening of Al Bandar Rotana and Al Bandar Arjaan from Rotana is a wonderful event, and we are still on track to achieve our goal of managing 100 hotels by 2020,” he added.
By the end of this year, the company plans to open 17 hotels.
