The United Arab Emirates entered the ranking of the safest countries in the world.

Dubai, UAE. The United Arab Emirates is once again recognized as one of the safest countries for tourists to visit. This is the conclusion reached by the compilers of The 2018 Travel Risk Map from SOS and Control Risks.

When compiling the map, three safety factors were taken into account in different cities of the world: the general criminogenic situation, medical care and road safety.

The UAE, according to the map, has the most favorable criminal situation, along with Oman, Qatar and Kuwait - in the Middle East. The most dangerous areas of the region were recognized as Syria and Libya.
