Dubai-based developer Emaar Properties will build the 72-story The Address The BLVD Hotel near the world's tallest building, the Burj Khalifa skyscraper. The construction contractor, in accordance with the agreements reached, will be Brookfield Multiplex Construction. The project cost is not called.
For a Dubai company, this hotel will become the sixth property under the Address brand. In total, the hotel will accommodate 200 rooms and 523 serviced apartments to accommodate guests.
Currently, applications for the purchase of apartments have already been received. The 72-story, 370-meter-tall building will be one of the tallest buildings in Downtown Dubai, Emaar said. The facility will be commissioned in 2015.
