DUBAI AIRPORT LAUNCHES LIGHT TRAM

At Dubai International Airport, the creation of a light rail transport system for transporting passengers through its territory begins. The tram route will connect the fourth waiting room of the airport, the construction of which is due to be completed next year, with the first terminal. Passenger mini-trains will operate in automatic mode.

Currently, Dubai International Airport serves more than 66 million passengers a year, by 2018, according to the strategic plan for the development of the airport, it will serve up to 90 million passengers a year.
