Dubai has been named one of the best places to live in five years, according to a recent study. The Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) concluded that Dubai ranks second in terms of amenities and living standards over the past five years. The analysis examined the position of 140 international centers. EIU employees rated the best cities to live on based on more than 30 factors, which included stability, the level of healthcare, culture and the environment, education and infrastructure. Melbourne is recognized as the most liveable city in the world. In total, 6 of the top 10 cities identified in the study are in Australia and Canada.
