Alvin Ailey Dance Theater, a New York-based dance company, will perform from October 4 to 6 at the Dubai Opera. Each performance will consist of eight works demonstrating the range, variety and artistry of the company. One of the works will be "Revelations", created in 1960 by company founder Alvin Ailey.
Since 1958, the Alvin Ailey Dance Theater has performed for more than 25 million people in 71 countries.
