UAE residents and guests expect a "dry" night

On Monday, November 19, a dry night awaits residents and guests of the UAE.

Dubai, UAE. The night from Monday, November 19, to Tuesday, November 20, will be "dry" in the territory of the United Arab Emirates. From 5 p.m. Monday to 7 p.m. Tuesday, hotels and restaurants in all the emirates will serve and sell only non-alcoholic drinks.

“Dry” night will come right after a long weekend: it is worth recalling that Sunday, November 18, was declared a day off for public and private sector workers in the UAE in connection with the religious holiday of Mavlid al-Nabi, or the birthday of the prophet Muhammad.

The next three-day weekend awaits residents of the United Arab Emirates from November 30 to December 2 - in honor of the celebration of National Day. Traditionally, on these dates, hotels offer special prices for accommodation, shopping malls carry out sales, and airlines raise airfare prices.
