Marriott will be the operator of a new hotel on the island of Yas in Abu Dhabi.
Aldar Properties has appointed Marriott International to manage a new hotel on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi overlooking the Formula 1 Grand Prix race track.
The statement said that the hotel operator Marriott International will take the hotel into operation from July 1. The institution is waiting for work to update, after which it will open under the brand W Hotels.
"The experience of Marriott International will provide guests with an unforgettable stay at our world-class hotel," said Talal Al Dhiebi, chief executive officer of Aldar Properties, adding that operator work will also bring benefits to Aldar.
He also said that a portfolio of 11 hotels, including the recently acquired Westin Abu Dhabi Golf Resort & Spa and Eastern Mangroves Hotel & Spa by Anantara, can serve an increasing number of tourists visiting Abu Dhabi.
