The winter season of Russian evenings in one of the most prestigious hotels in Dubai opened with concerts by Valery Meladze.
Burj Al Arab, as always during the November holidays, was full of guests from Russia. Apparently, knowing the love of our people to relax on a grand scale, the hotel management, once again, decided to take care of organizing special entertainments for VIPs. Already familiar to us from the May concert of M. Shufutinsky, the well-known German interpreter Mikhail Fridman, with the help of local musician Yevgeny Morozov, organized the Russian Nights in Dubai on November 3 and 4.
Despite the rather high cost of tickets, about 550 US dollars, there were almost no empty seats in the banquet hall "Burj Al Araba". And this is not surprising - many of our compatriots love a beautiful singer. And the event itself promised to be impressive, it included not only Valery Meladze's performance, but also a fascinating colorful show with belly dancing and a disco, and even a gourmet dinner.
Expectations paid off. The singer himself led his concert, performing songs according to requests from the audience, and not according to a program prepared in advance. On the screens located at the edges of the stage, videos were projected synchronously. Communication with the audience was complete. Children ran out onto the stage, dancing next to a celebrity. And the older girls even tried to sing along.
Before one of his new best songs, Valery, as a true Georgian, raised a glass of red wine and made a toast.
