The fifth tallest residential building in the world burned this night in Dubai

That night, the fire department was fighting massive fire in one of the tallest towers in Dubai.

Dubai's Torch Tower in Dubai Marina, the fifth largest residential building in the world, caught fire on the night of August 4, 2017. It is reported that almost half of the 86-story tower was engulfed in fire.

At about 3.45 am, the Dubai Civil Defense announced that the fire had been extinguished and cooling operations began.

Dubai Media reports that since the night the police cordoned off the area to take control of the fire and ensure the safety of residents.

Burning debris from the building fell from the Torch Tower.

Dubai authorities have successfully evacuated the inhabitants of the tower. It is reported that as a result of the incident there are no casualties. Now people are moved to Princess Tower. For inquiries, please call 999.
