The decision of the UAE national airline, Etihad Airways, to provide Internet access on board once again confirms the company's constant desire for innovative and attentive customer service.
As Mr. Hogan noted, today, airlines are increasingly faced with the problem of satisfying passenger demand for on-board Internet services.
The head of Etihad Airways, however, warned colleagues against too extensive investments in the development of this type of service. In his opinion, technological progress in the coming years will certainly offer new alternatives to today's equipment, so there is a certain risk that over-equipping aircraft with a modern version of wireless Internet access can quickly lose relevance.
