Karl Lagerfeld created an exclusive limited-edition collection of writing instruments and lighters together with the French brand S.T. Dupont. “I wanted to create pens that had a certain design, were balanced in weight and did not slide off the table,” Lagerfeld said. The collection consists of stylish pens, as well as lighters in red and black cases, coated with multi-layer Chinese varnish and decorated with gold.
Currently, the S.T. Dupont is considering a long-term partnership with Lagerfeld and expanding the already established line of accessories.
The handles are made in an asymmetric triangular shape so that they do not roll around the table, with a conical beveled top for the convenience of users. The collection, called “Mon Dupont”, consists of fountain pens, ballpoint pens and gel pens and lighters matching them in two colors: black with white accents and red, “red lotus” shades with gold details.
